We have aligned ourselves with several leading business application partners – in some areas such as CRM, with more than one.
This enables us to analyse our clients operations and select technologies appropriate for them rather than providing a “solution in a box”.
In this part of our web site, we have selected just a few to describe – more comprehensive descriptions on all CRM applications can be found on www.crm.ie
Business Intelligence (BI)
The decision to select QlikView is straightforward – it is simply the best! The latest analyst report on the Business Intelligence / Performance Management sector
was published by Aberdeen in January 2009, and QlikView was the only application positioned in the Champion Segment.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
When evaluating technology, a key early stage question is “Should we manage our application and data in-house (On Premise) or have it hosted externally (On Demand).
Although we assist clients to deploy Microsoft CRM and Sage CRM, our two most popular applications are Sage SalesLogix (On Premise) and Oracle CRM (On Demand).
Sage SalesLogix was released in 1997 and it now in version 7.5. When a company decides to adopt an On Premise solution key considerations are ease and cost of ownership,
wide deployment options (client/server, web, PDA) and the flexibility to customise and integrate. SalesLogix “stars” on these attributes and the vendor,
Sage Plc has more clients than any more business applications company in the world.
The choice of Oracle CRM on Demand was straightforward too. No company has the same credentials as Oracle for providing CRM applications for Enterprise clients.
Release 16 (March 09) is the most exciting release to date and takes CRM On Demand applications to a new level.
Business Process Management (BPM)
Orbis Software (TaskCentre) is not as quickly identifiable as a Microsoft, Oracle or Sage but their technology is as well engineered and
complete as any product from the other companies.
TaskCentre v4.5 is a powerful suite of Business Process Management (BPM) technologies that 'loosely couples' business applications enabling organisations
to automate virtually any employee-driven business process. It has quickly become an integral part of our CRM solutions.
